We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system and network administration and to report aggregate information to our servers. This is statistical data about our users browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about how you use our site by using a ‘cookie’ which is stored on the device you use to access our websites. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your device. They help us to improve our site and to deliver and enhance our services.

Where legally applicable, we may charge you a fee of £10 to cover our costs in providing you with details of the personal information we hold about you as defined in section 9 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

We advise that you should not voluntarily post personal information in public areas of our website, this includes both our corporate, product, and service social media profiles. Namely, YouTube and Twitter feeds as well as within our products, services, and webpages.

You should be aware that this information could be accessed by the public and could be used by others to send you unsolicited communications. Please exercise discretion in deciding what information you disclose.

Our policy is to request that “Minors” (the age of Minors is determined by local laws where you reside) do not engage use of our services without the consent of a parent, legal guardian, and to tell someone if any problems occur online.
